Nero provides a variety of features that help you organize your media content. You can choose the application to open based on whether you want to manage & play, edit & convert, rip & burn, or back up & rescue your media files. When you launch Nero you are greeted with a start screen that lays out the available programs in four sections. It is also available in a Platinum version, which includes the Video, Burning ROM, MediaHome, Recode, BackItUp, and Music Recorder programs. The suite is available in a Standard version, which includes the Video, Burning ROM, MediaHome, and Recode programs.
